We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2022 to 2024 to join our Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings in the United States and advising clients on SEC reporting and compliance matters.

Driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and ability to take on high level of responsibilities are key. The role is expected to have significant direct client contact and will offer a great opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients.

The annual compensation range for this position is $235,000 and $310,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
