A Full-Service Law Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years' experience for our Land Use and Redevelopment Group.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on land use regulations, zoning laws, and environmental issues
Represent municipalities in litigation and administrative proceedings related to land use and environmental law
Draft legal documents, including ordinances, contracts, and resolutions related to land use and municipal governance
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on complex municipal issues
Collaborate with clients to address land use concerns and facilitate development projects

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Admission to the New Jersey Bar. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
Strong knowledge of Land Use and Redevelopment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary
