The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience or Counsel with 7 to 10 years of experience providing advice to sophisticated employers and defending employment litigation (single- / multi-plaintiff, EEOC-versus, and/or class and collective actions) on their behalf.

You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group: Labor & Employment Department

The Day-To-Day:
As a Senior Associate or Counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

You Have:

Experience advising the nation's most sophisticated businesses on important workforce issues
Experience defending complicated and complex disputes, in litigation and arbitration, and/or assisting clients to manage broad portfolios of employment litigation and other matters
Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
A desire to work hard for discerning clients and with exceptional colleagues, all of whom expect the very best from the lawyers on their team
Experience providing practical business solutions to clients
Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence
Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
Stellar analytical skills
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
The ability to walk and chew gum at the same time; i.e., the skills to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Admission to the Georgia bar is required
