Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level (3–5 years) associate to join our Management Labor Relations Practice Group in our St. Louis office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess at least three years' of experience in labor relations and union-related matters. Candidates should have experience advising employers on issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), representing clients in labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), conducting collective bargaining negotiations, handling unfair labor practice charges, and/or assisting employers in navigating union organizing campaigns. Strong analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills are essential.
