- Must be admitted to practice law in California.
- Must have experience in wage & hour class action litigation. Candidates with 3+ years of experience preferred.
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills a must.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, drafting pleading and motion work,
propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending
depositions, witness interviews, settlement negotiations, arguing
motions, trial, arbitration, and attending hearings and mediations.
