Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level (3–5 year) Associate to join our Labor and Employment – Employment Advice & Investigations Practice Group in our Los Angeles office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters and counseling. California-specific advice and counseling experience is required. Candidates should have a strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge matters, as well as familiarity with leave laws and wage and hour compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex employment law issues effectively.

Compensation: Salary will range between $260,000 and $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
