The Opportunity:
Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Labor and Employment Counsel with 5+ years of substantive experience in providing advice and counseling related to employee relations, investigations and training in almost every area of labor & employment law for a position in its Seattle office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.

You Have:

5+ years of labor and employment experience, focusing on compliance, counseling and investigations with strong advisory, risk-mitigation, and problem-solving abilities.
Clear and confident communication with HR teams, executives, and in-house counsel.
Ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
Litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
Admission to the Washington Bar or the ability to waive in (required)

The Salary Range for This Role Is $305,000 to $380,000. This Range Is only Applicable for Jobs to Be Performed in Washington. This Is the Lowest to Highest Salary We in Good Faith Believe We Would Pay for This Role at The Time of This Posting. an Employee's Pay Within the Salary Range Will Be Based on Numerous Factors Including, but Not Limited To, Relevant Education, Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Business or Organizational Needs. This Job Is Also Eligible for An Annual Merit Increase and Bonus Pay.
