Your Background:

Active bar license required - (Ohio, Michigan preferred).
5+ years' experience.
Deep understanding of employment and worker's compensation laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically.
Experience in drafting legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, and reviewing contracts, related to employment.
Ability to handle multiple cases and projects with precision and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills, capable of offering clear legal advice and effective negotiation and advocacy in legal settings.
Skilled in supporting senior staff on complex cases and actively participating in hearings, depositions, mediations, interviews, and trials.
