Thompson Coburn is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to join its Labor and Employment team. The ideal candidate will have employment counseling and employment litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team environment. The Firm welcomes applicants who are self-starters, comfortable with client interaction and seeking career development and advancement opportunities. This position is open to recruiters. All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in the state in which the office is located.

The salary range for this position in our Dallas, New York, and Washington D.C. offices is $205,000 - $300,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors. The range listed is just one of Thompson Coburn's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
