PRH Labor Law is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing firm. We are a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on management side labor and employment law. We are a collaborative, tight-knit team dedicated to providing high-quality counsel to both public and private sector employers and non-profits across Oregon.What We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience practicing employment and labor law
- Strong background in counseling employers on workplace issues, including:
- Wage and hour compliance
- Leave laws (FMLA/OFLA)
- Disability accommodation
- Discrimination and retaliation avoidance
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Oregon State Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocal admission)
- Experience with labor negotiations is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Advise HR professionals, managers, and executives on day-to-day employment matters
- Provide legal guidance in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
- Help clients navigate evolving state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with our attorneys on a wide range of labor and employment issues
