PRH Labor Law is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing firm. We are a boutique law firm focusing exclusively on management side labor and employment law. We are a collaborative, tight-knit team dedicated to providing high-quality counsel to both public and private sector employers and non-profits across Oregon.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience practicing employment and labor law
  • Strong background in counseling employers on workplace issues, including:
  • Wage and hour compliance
  • Leave laws (FMLA/OFLA)
  • Disability accommodation
  • Discrimination and retaliation avoidance
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Oregon State Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocal admission)
  • Experience with labor negotiations is a plus

What You'll Do:
  • Advise HR professionals, managers, and executives on day-to-day employment matters
  • Provide legal guidance in fast-paced, high-stakes situations
  • Help clients navigate evolving state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with our attorneys on a wide range of labor and employment issues
