A Full-Service Firm of More Than 800 Lawyers has an opening for a labor and employment associate to join its employment practice group in New York. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years' experience in employment related litigation and transactional employment work. Such experience includes handling discrimination cases, wage and hour class actions and contract disputes in federal and state court and/or before administrative agencies such as the Department of Labor and humans rights agencies. Candidate must be able to juggle multiple assignments, be strategic and detail oriented, have a high sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize. Superior academic and writing credentials along with New York Bar admission required. NJ/PA/CT bar admissions a plus. Hybrid work schedule available.
