Job Description:Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia office for a mid-to-senior-level attorney with 5-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Experience handling class and collective actions, as well as wage & hour matters, is required. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility in handling employment litigation, administrative matters and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including, without limitation, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required.
