Cozen O'Connor seeks an attorney with three to five years of experience to join the Labor & Employment Department in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience representing employers in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, and before government agencies. Traditional labor experience is a plus.Preferred Experience Includes:
Advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters including:
- Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
- Wage and hour compliance and disputes, including class and collective actions.
- Compliance with the FMLA, ADA, and other federal, state, and local leave laws.
- Breach of contract and whistleblower claims.
- Enforcement and defense of noncompete and non-solicitation agreements.
