Miami - Labor & Employment Associate (3-5 years) - Gunster's Labor & Employment practice is seeking a mid- to upper-level (3-5 years) associate to join its busy practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an excellent academic background, and exceptional litigation, writing, and client counseling skills. The successful associate will have direct client contact and will be an integral part of the firm's Labor & Employment team, involved in all aspects of significant and sophisticated client representations. Experience in labor and employment law, litigation experience, and current admission to the FL bar are required. Fluent Spanish required.
