Cozen O'Connor is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience to join the Labor & Employment group in the firm's Miami office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience researching and briefing employment law issues and will be able to demonstrate writing excellence. Candidates with litigation experience interested in Labor & Employment will also be considered. A strong academic record and license in good standing in Florida are required.
