Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in the Atlanta office. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in general employment counseling and employment litigation matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Experience handling a full range of class action and individual lawsuits related to employment discrimination allegations, wage, and hour claims, plus experience handling issues related to employee discipline, unlawful harassment and retaliation, labor law, and workplace investigations and trainings is ideal. Federal clerkship experience a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills required.Compensation is determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position in Atlanta is $200,000 - $235,000.
