Job Description:The Tysons office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Labor & Employment Department.
With more than 60 lawyers in the United States and Europe, our labor and employment team handles upwards of 4,000 employment-related matters each year. Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of labor and employment or commercial litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Experience or interest in noncompetes, trade secrets, and employment mobility issues preferred but not required.
- Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
