About the role:Clark Hill is seeking an attorney with at least three (3) years of Labor & Employment litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment team in the Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA offices. This position focuses on single-plaintiff employment litigation and class action/PAGA cases. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule.
Required Experience and Skill Set
- Drafting pleadings, workplace policies, and discovery
- Drafting and arguing motions, and conducting administrative hearings
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting employee trainings
- Providing day-to-day advice and counseling to employers
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of California or eligible for admission without examination.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $190,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
