Candidates will have 3 or more years of experience in a variety of labor and employment matters including both counseling and litigation. Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials as well as hands on experience working directly with clients on matters such as severance agreements, handbook drafting, internal investigations, hearings, and arbitrations.
