A Full-Service, Diversified Law Firm, a regional law firm, seeks an attorney with 5-15 years of experience to join its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. The candidate should have demonstrated experience and interest in Employment and Labor litigation, including defending employers in Federal and State venues for wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation claims, and in providing advice and consultation on labor and employment matters. The ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in both New Jersey (required) and Pennsylvania (preferred). Qualified candidates should have the ability to handle cases from suit inception to trial.
