About the Job:
A Public Charity Located in Atlanta, GA seeks a part-time Contract Attorney to provide family law consultations onsite at the Justice Resource Center in the Fulton County Courthouse.

Responsibilities:

The attorney will advise and assist unrepresented litigants with completing pro se forms, but will not provide representation.
The advice areas include divorce, separate maintenance, legitimation, custody, visitation, child support, alimony, contempt, family violence protective orders, name change, birth certificate amendment, domestication, and temporary minor guardianship.

Qualifications:

A Georgia bar license and at least three years of experience in family law.
