The Position:
A Full-Service Law Firm is seeking a junior-to-mid-level Associate Attorney to join our best-in-class Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group in any of our offices. The candidate should have at least two to four years of benefits experience in private practice. We are looking for someone with experience with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements. Supporting benefits and compensation in M&A, ERISA litigation and withdrawal liability experience is a plus. Applicants must be detail oriented and possess excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication, and legal analysis skills. The associate should like to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Two to four years of employment benefits experience in private practice
