Description:
Duane Morris LLP seeks a junior associate with at least 2-3 years
of sophisticated, complex litigation and background in defending patent
litigation cases for its growing Intellectual Property practice group.
Candidate must have strong writing skills, an ability to work
independently and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy
ability. Stellar academics and research skills along with
entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred; technical degree
(EE/CS) preferred but not required. Candidate can sit in our Austin,
Atlanta, D.C., Philadelphia, San Francisco or Silicon Valley office
along with bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
