Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and briefs.
  • Engage in depositions, pre-trial preparations, and court appearances.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and support staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on personal injury laws, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and feel supported throughout the legal process.

Key Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in the personal injury sector but will consider new graduates with qualified summer clerkship experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
  • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach, with a passion for upholding the rights of personal injury victims.
