Description:
Boutique firm seeks to add a junior associate to its well-regarded litigation department. The ideal candidate has at least three years substantive law firm experience in commercial real estate litigation and corporate litigation, including: drafting and arguing dispositive motions and injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes and taking and defending depositions.Admission in New York required, New Jersey admission preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and appeals
- State and Federal Court appearances and mediations.
Requirements:
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Effective communication and written skills for client contact
- Admitted in New York; New Jersey preferred.
