The Law Offices of Mitchell Schley, LLC seeks an attorney with 0-2 years experience to work in a labor and employment litigation practice representing employees.

We are seeking candidates with strong academic credentials, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and writing skills.

This is an outstanding opportunity to learn to practice, or add to your experience, in the area of labor and employment law. You will gain experience in all areas of employment litigation in the federal and state courts, arbitration, and administrative agencies. You will also counsel clients in all areas of workers' rights, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, wage and hour law, etc.
