Description:
A Global Law Firm is seeking an International Tax Associate to join the Tax Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with international structuring and cross border transactions planning, management of complex and large multi-jurisdictional projects, and meaningful client responsibilities. Familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus.This position is open to A Global Law Firm U.S. offices on the west coast, with a preference for Palo Alto and San Francisco.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
