Summary:
This position will provide legal support in the preparation, review and execution of agreements, amendments, statements of work and legal notices. This role will work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies and contractual obligations, including the coordination of required government permits.

Essential Functions:
- Draft and review contracts, amendments, statement of works and related communications.
- Review and process contract modifications ensuring accuracy and updated language before execution.
- Collect, analyze and maintain contract-related information and documentation from relevant parties.
- Assist in drafting letters and other legal notices related to compliance and enforcement of contracts.
- Manage day-to-day legal inquiries from the internal units/departments, interpret contract provisions and provide legal opinions.
- Advise internal departments on contract procedures and ensure adherence to establish policies.
- Provide assistance in procurement-related matters, including review of supporting documents.
- Serve as a liaison to the different departments and tenants to expedite and troubleshoot contract related issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with concessionaires, tenants, airlines, service providers and contractors regarding the execution of the applicable agreement and ensure relevant documentation accompany contracts.
- Participate in meetings and orientations.
- Executes any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualification Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited school of law.
- Admitted to practice of law in Puerto Rico (in good standing).
- The position requires a minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
- Public Notary license (or eligibility to obtain) is a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent legal research skills.
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
