Immediate opening for a junior to midlevel corporate and securities attorney for a dynamic and growing Dallas based stock transfer agent and fund administrator. Successful candidate will review securities transactions for compliance with federal securities laws as well as assist in managing overall compliance program. In addition, general legal duties including some contract review and occasionally managing small document productions. Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client capital offerings and liaising with client's senior management and outside advisors on corporate actions and proxy campaigns and will assist managing cash distributions to security holders. Great entry level position with significant potential for growth and immediate client responsibility. Ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask while managing multiple priorities while learning the securities industry.
