A busy firm with a growing immigration practice. We specialize in removal defense, federal litigation, affirmative asylum applications, and petitions for other immigration benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, research, be able to work under time constraints, and be a team player. Our new attorney's responsibilities will include brief writing, drafting of motions and mandamus writs, preparation of immigration petitions, and appearing at USCIS hearings and Court appearances. The attorney will have the unique opportunity to learn and receive training from a renowned immigration law expert. Travel to different states may be required.Minimum Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in immigration
- Admission to practice law (preferably in California);
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Preferential consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate high integrity and a passion for immigration litigation.
