Responsibilities:
- Identify legal issues in new cases that arise
- Analyze and categorize client documentation efficiently
- Communicate legal strategies through memos and advisory letters
- Conduct thorough legal research on client-related matters
- Assist in creating business transaction documents
- Address legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams
- Produce articles or blog posts discussing recent legal developments
- Support client communication initiatives
Qualifications:
- Able to work effectively in a high-paced work environment
- Holds a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Maintains active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Demonstrates strong logical and rational thinking abilities
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Shows initiative as a self-starter and values teamwork
- Exemplifies excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
Compensation:
$100,000 - $115,000 yearly plus bonus
