The Law Firm of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong dynamic Attorney to work in our Traffic Ticket Division, including bodily injury cases.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in courtroom with misdemeanors.
- Minimum 1 year as a prosecutor.
- Able to handle Motions and make arguments in real time with Judges and Law Enforcement.
- Understand and have knowledge of Traffic Laws.
- Negotiations experience preferable.
- Able to handle change and conflictual situations.
- Proven trial experience with a strong command of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Skilled in depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial prep and presenting PowerPoint presentations during mediations.
- Must be aggressive, detail-oriented, dedicated, and driven, with a relentless pursuit of success.
- Strong courtroom presence and a competitive, decisive, and ambitious mindset.
- Juris Doctorate and active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
- Interstate travel required.
- Any experience in handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida is a plus.
