Position Overview:
As a Junior Associate Attorney, you will handle a range of family law matters from start to finish, including client consultations, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will have direct client contact, the chance to develop your own caseload, and guidance from experienced senior attorneys. This is a hybrid job allowing attorneys to work part-time remotely and part-time in the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage family law cases including divorce, parenting plans, child support, and domestic violence matters
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
  • Attend mediations, settlement conferences, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with legal assistants and other team members

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Washington State Bar membership (or pending admission)
  • 2–3 years of experience in family law required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach

What we offer:
  • Competitive salary (DOE) + performance-based bonuses. Base salary $115,000 to $125,000 with generous bonus structure to achieve at least $150,000 per year.
