What You'll Learn & Do
With guidance from experienced attorneys and strong support staff, you will:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with feedback
- Assist with and gradually take depositions and court appearances
- Communicate with clients and guide them through the litigation process
- Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
- Learn case valuation, litigation strategy, and trial preparation
- Litigate directly against major automobile manufacturers

Compensation:

Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership (or waiting for bar number)
