Duties:
- Assist the president and founder of the firm in all aspects of his role including traveling to local offices and meeting clients..
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide updates, and clarify legal procedures.
- Assist in client meetings and document signing meetings.
- Research various developments in practice management software and report your findings to the leadership team.
- Assist clients with funding trusts.
- Manage legal case files using case management software to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Participate in procedural law research and statutory legal research to ensure compliance with current regulations and statutes
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admission to the state bar or eligibility for admission within a specified timeframe
- Proven experience or internship in a law office setting demonstrating familiarity with legal procedures and case management
- Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
