Associate Attorney (0–2 Years) — Family Law Litigator

Location: Miami-Dade & Broward (11th & 17th Circuits) • Type: Full-time • Start: Immediate

Recoba Law Office, a busy boutique family-law firm with a human, results-driven approach, is seeking an Associate Attorney (0–2 years) who loves trial work and cares deeply about helping people. This is a hands-on role with rapid courtroom exposure and tight mentorship.

What You'll Do:

Appear at hearings and trials in Miami-Dade and Broward with progressive first-chair opportunities.
Draft motions, memoranda, and proposed orders with clear, persuasive writing.
Handle discovery, depos, and witness preparation.
Participate in mediations and settlement strategy.
Work closely with the team on equitable distribution, time-sharing, and child support matters.

What you bring:

Florida Bar (good standing); 0–2 years experience (clinics/externships count).
Genuine passion for litigation: Trial Advocacy/Mock Trial valued.
Excellent legal writing (structure, grammar, citations).
Working knowledge of Florida Rules of Evidence.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
Empathy, professionalism, and strong client communication.
