Our Los Angeles office is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience for varied caseloads including Professional Liability and Securities/FINRA. CA bar admission is required for diverse practice. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must. Salary is commensurate with experience, but the range for this position is $90,000.00-$120,000.00.Desired Skills and Experience:

- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Strong research and legal writing skills.
- Desire to work additional hours as deemed necessary based on caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Associate responsibilities include representation of clients in legal proceedings, research and preparation of legal documents and pleadings, handling discovery, and assisting partners/clients in legal transactions.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Efficient management of multiple cases.
- Timely preparation of pleadings, motions, and discovery to opposing parties.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and depositions as required.
- Client interaction and problem resolution as it relates to cases.
- Integration of best practices and standards in handling clients and their cases.
- Evaluation of findings and development of strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
- On-time completion of reports/projects, in adherence to partner and client needs/guidelines.
- Accurate and timely recording of billable hours, in adherence to client guidelines and Firm policy.
