Description:
Our boutique law firm seeks a recent bar admittee or attorney who speaks Japanese fluently and with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business litigation.What You'll Do:
- Represent clients in the areas of business transactions and business litigation.
- Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
What you bring:
- You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- You speak Japanese fluently.
- You have 3-5 years of experience as an attorney.
- You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
