A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a Transactional IP and Trademark Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice.   • Domestic and international trademark strategy
  • Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings
  • TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide
  • TM/copyright counseling
  • IP licensing
  • IP due diligence
  • Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA
  • IP litigation support

Our IP&T team regularly collaborates with other A Worlds Largest Law Firm practice areas—including litigation, licensing, corporate law, venture technology, franchising, advertising, international trade, antitrust, and tax—to advise our clients strategically and comprehensively.

Pursuant to New York and Washington, DC law, the salary range for this position is $220,000 - $320,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, A Worlds Largest Law Firm associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
