Responsibilities and practice:A Worlds Largest Law Firm is seeking a Transactional IP and Trademark Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 6-12 years of experience to join our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology practice. - Domestic and international trademark strategy
- Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings
- TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide
- TM/copyright counseling
- IP licensing
- IP due diligence
- Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA
- IP litigation support
Pursuant to New York and Washington, DC law, the salary range for this position is $220,000 - $320,000, based on experience. Based on years of experience, A Worlds Largest Law Firm associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
