Description:

We are looking for a skilled Intellectual Property Attorney with a focus on trademark law to handle a dynamic range of trademark prosecution and maintenance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice with a steady stream of client work while earning a reliable monthly income of $3,000–$4,000 or more, depending on your capacity and expertise.

What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end trademark prosecution, including preparing and filing new applications (U.S. and international).
Conduct comprehensive trademark clearance searches and provide actionable risk analysis.
Draft and file responses to Office Actions (OA), manage Notices of Allowance (NOA), and handle Statements of Use and extension requests.
Oversee post-registration matters such as Section 8 & 15 Declarations and Section 9 Renewals.
Support trademark enforcement efforts by monitoring for infringement, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and assisting with TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, etc.).
Advise clients on trademark strategy, portfolio management, and international protection pathways (Madrid Protocol, EUIPO, etc.).
Review and advise on trademark-related clauses in licensing and assignment agreements.

Who You Are:

JD from an accredited law school and admitted to a U.S. state bar (USPTO registration is a plus).
Experienced in U.S. and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, and client advisory.
A clear communicator, strategic thinker, and detail-oriented professional.
Interested in expanding your reach with a flexible, remote-friendly collaboration model.
