Thompson Hine LLP is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation practice group in the firm's San Mateo office. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases. This role requires strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and research skills, as well as the ability to establish strong client and peer relationships in a team-oriented culture. Applicants must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice in California. Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus but not required. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
