Qualifications:
- 2-6 years of IP litigation experience, including district court patent cases, ITC matters, and/or PTAB proceedings.
- Background in science and technology, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field.
- Prior experience with complex technologies (wireless communications, semiconductors, software, consumer electronics, etc.) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated keen interest in both team collaboration and advanced legal problem-solving.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the application is submitted.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the responsible and ethical use of AI technologies within legal practice.
Compensation: $235,000–$390,000
