An AmLaw 100 Law Firm, a global Am Law 50 law firm, is seeking a mid-level (3-5 years) Patent Litigator to join our Intellectual Property team in our Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices.This position is based in either the Silicon Valley or San Francisco office.
Our Silicon Valley office, which has been consistently named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area's “Best Places to Work,” is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience for its rapidly expanding intellectual property practice. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work on patent litigation matters (including district court actions, inter partes reviews, and licensing negotiations) for top clients. Our intellectual property clients range from publicly traded household names in the tech industry, top semiconductor companies, famous streaming companies, to high profile startups. The team is known for having the highest institution rate for IPRs in the country.
