The Investment Management Group (https://www.skadden.com/capabilities/practices/investment-management) is looking for mid to senior-level associates (i.e., class of 2022-2019), with 4-7 years of private equity funds experience to join the team in either New York (https://www.skadden.com/locations/americas/new-york), Chicago (https://www.skadden.com/locations/americas/chicago) or Washington, D.C. (https://www.skadden.com/locations/americas/washington-dc) High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. Would also consider candidates with relevant in-house experience. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.Associates who join Skadden laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
