Description:
Thompson Hine LLP seeks an Associate with 2 – 4 years of experience to
join its national Investment Management practice. Qualified candidates
should have some exposure to and an interest in representing registered
investment advisers, registered funds, ETFs and private funds with all
securities and governance matters, including fund formation. The
Associate in this role will also be exposed to some transactional work
including merging funds and advisor acquisitions. Associates have
frequent direct interaction with clients and service providers and
therefore strong communication skills are a must. Any finance,
securities or accounting experience is a plus. This position will be
located out of any of the following Thompson Hine offices: Atlanta,
Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus or Dayton. Candidates should be
within reasonable commuting distance of these locations.
