- 3rd – 6th year litigation associate
- Aptitude for and/or interest in complex financial products, investment funds, structured finance, banking and/or finance litigation; credit investments -preferred
- Key characteristics include intelligence and creativity, willingness to assume meaningful responsibility
- J.D. from accredited law school
- Admitted to NY bar
