In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary ranges for this position, depending on location, are as follows.
- Chicago, IL: $250,000 to $325,000
- Boston, MA: $250,000 to $325,000
- Los Angeles, CA: $250,000 to $325,000
- Manchester, NH: $155,000 to $200,000
- New York, NY: $250,000 to $325,000
- San Francisco, CA: $250,000 to $325,000
Job Requirements:
Our Private Equity and Investment Funds team is seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our Corporate Practice Group in any of our U.S. offices.
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience working on private equity and venture capital fund structuring and formation, drafting fund and sponsor documents, representing institutional investors in connection with their fund investments, and drafting and reviewing documents in connection with secondary transactions. Candidates should have experience advising clients on compliance with U.S. and non-U.S. securities laws, including the Securities Act, the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. They will also have a broad knowledge of general corporate law, and will be expected to work on matters in the areas of private transactions in PE/VC.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
