Description:
Candidate should have 2-5 years (classes 2021-2024) of investment funds experience, including private fund formation and operation, investment adviser regulatory and compliance advice, and/or fund-related and secondary transactions. Candidates should have strong drafting skills and experience negotiating fund and transaction documents, managing client relationships, and handling day-to-day demands of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials and over two full years of relevant law firm experience.The annual base salary ranges from $235,000 to $365,000. Salary determinations are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, year classification, graduation year, skills, and experience level.
