Professionals within Legal and Compliance provide a wide range of services to our business units. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, a minimum of four years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, and a background in financial services or banking.
Experience with conducting investigations and preparing reports is required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
