Summary:
This internship will provide support for the Legal and Risk Management teams relating to litigation, insurance claims and real estate transactions as well as administrative support, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for legal service of process, including legal file upkeep and delivery of case notifications to operating partners;
- Monitor and track litigation, maintain status reports, and assist in house legal counsel with case management;
- Prepare and mail legal letters and notices related to insurance claims and real estate transactions;
- Obtain and coordinate signature of legal documents through either wet signature or DocuSign;
- Process department invoices for payment;
- Provide support for real estate transactions, litigation and insurance claims; and
- Provide administrative support for the Legal and Risk Management teams, including proof reading legal documents, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: first or second year law student.
- Education: Bachelor's degree and first or second year status at US law school
